Automated Access Control. Zero Time Theft.

GolfNext Simulator Management sits between the booking system and the simulator software. When a player turns on the simulator PC, they don't see the simulator - they see a GolfNext countdown screen showing exactly when their session starts.

When the clock hits zero, the simulator launches automatically. When the session ends, the simulator shuts down. No exceptions.

If no one has booked the next slot, the system offers an extension 15 minutes before the session ends. Five minutes before time is up, the player gets a final warning. Then the system closes.

The math is simple: if the system prevents just 2 hours of unpaid use per month, it pays for itself. Everything beyond that is recovered revenue.

What the Player Sees.

When the simulator PC powers on, GolfNext takes over the screen. The player sees:

  • Which simulator they're at
  • A countdown to when their session starts
  • Today's bookings for this simulator
  • Sponsor content in the corner (optional - your venue can sell this space)
  • Instructions in the corner - some good advices

When the countdown reaches zero, the simulator software launches and the player is in. When the booking ends, the system shuts it down.

The simulator only runs during a paid booking. Players can't start early. They can't stay late. The system controls the entire session lifecycle - from power-on to shutdown.

Smart Warnings & Extensions
15 minutes before a session ends, the system checks for the next booking. If no one has reserved the slot after, the player gets the option to extend by booking more time through the tee sheet system.

5 minutes before end, a final warning appears on screen. When time is up, the simulator closes. Clear, fair, and consistent - every time.

Pro Mode for Your Team
Need to run the simulator outside of a booking? Your staff enters a code and sets the duration. The simulator launches immediately - no booking required. Perfect for lessons, maintenance, demos, or events.
